Effective Date: 18 September 2026
At Saanvi Yatra, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the package, hotel, transportation provider, and other service partners involved in your trip.
The booking amount (reservation charges) is non-refundable.
For rescheduling or cancellation of international trips, guests must notify Saanvi Yatra at least 30 days before the scheduled trip date.
For cancellations made before 15 days of the trip date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the trip date, no refund will be granted.
No refund will be provided if the traveler fails to report or show up on the day of departure within the timeline communicated to them in advance.
If the entire trip is cancelled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, snowfall, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, bandhs, travel restrictions, or local government restrictions, travelers will receive a travel voucher for the same amount.
The travel voucher will be valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. It may be used for a trip to the same destination and of the same value as the cancelled trip.
The travel voucher provision applies only to full trip cancellations caused by the circumstances mentioned above.
It does not apply to partial changes, partial cancellations, individual services, or other cancellations arising from separate circumstances.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may also be subject to the individual policies of hotels, transportation providers, and other service partners involved in your booking.
