This Policy is effective from 18 September 2026 and may be updated from time to time. Guests are advised to review these notes before confirming their booking.
Ticket/pass will be issued only after the required payment has been received.
Boarding will be allowed only after showing a valid ticket/pass to the driver.
Guests are required to cooperate with the driver and Saanvi Yatra team during any vehicle-related or road-related issues.
Alcohol and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the trip.
Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour towards the driver, staff, fellow travelers, and service providers throughout the trip.
Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel may be provided.
The tour itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road conditions, or operational requirements to ensure passenger safety and smooth operation of the trip.
Vehicle service will be provided as per the agreed itinerary on a point-to-point basis.
Vehicle arrangements or routes may change due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen situations.
A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory during the trip and at the time of hotel check-in.
Accepted ID Proofs: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, and Driving License only.
Guests are requested to carry their valid ID proof and booking ticket/pass throughout the journey. Failure to provide the required documents may affect boarding or hotel check-in.
