By using the Saanvi Yatra website or booking any travel service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
The vehicle provided to you is on a point-to-point basis and is not at your disposal. Any extra movement other than what is mentioned in the itinerary will be charged separately.
The vehicle is not available for pick-up or drop-off to or from nightclubs, casinos, discos, or similar entertainment venues.
If your vehicle is booked with AC, please note that the AC may not operate while travelling in mountainous areas, including uphill and downhill routes, or while the vehicle is stationary.
Guests are requested not to force the driver to operate the AC under such conditions. If additional vehicle services are required in mountain areas, they may be provided at an additional charge.
Any increase in the tour cost caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, landslides, earthquakes, political disturbances, strikes, road blockages, curfews, or other unforeseen situations, shall be borne by the guest.
Any such additional cost shall be payable directly to the concerned service provider or authority, as applicable.
The transportation cost for visiting these places is not included in the tour package. Guests may either arrange the local vehicle themselves on the spot or request Saanvi Yatra to arrange it at an additional cost.
Any additional hotel stay, vehicle movement, sightseeing, transportation, or other service not specifically mentioned in the agreed itinerary will be charged separately.
Guests are advised to carefully review the itinerary and inclusions before confirming their booking. Additional services or expenses arising outside the agreed itinerary will be payable by the guest.
